CHICAGO -- The Chicago Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing teen who may be in need of medical attention.Angel Andrade-Tapia, 16, was last seen in the area of 62nd Street and Lawndale Avenue in Chicago's West Lawn neighborhood around 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 4. Missing 12-year-old girl last seen in Oakland, Chicago police say Andrade-Tapia was last seen wearing a green shirt, grey shorts, and red and black fila shoes. A 24-year-old man arrested in Saturday’s murder in St. Paul stabbed the victim six times after the two had been watching TV and drinking beer together, according to charges filed Monday.Alfredo Arturo Alvarez-Flores, of St. Paul, is accused of killing 30-year-old Juan Jose Jimenez-Alarcon, also of St. Paul, at a home in the 1000 block of Charles Avenue.According to the criminal complaint, officers called to the home around 10:30 p.m. found Jimenez-Alarcon sitting on the couch covered in blood.
